REBOUNDING TO PURPOSE
Having a mini-trampoline in the office can get you places. Seventeen years ago it helped land me in an exclusive business innovation workshop for C-level US corporate executives. I was 27 at the time and far from being a C- Level at that time.
The first time someone called me an "intrapreneur" was by one of my "fellow" CEO classmates at that event. At the time, I didn't fully realize the impact taking on the role of an intrapreneur would have in my life and career. All I truly knew was that after four days at this workshop, I had a clearer sense of purpose, my own career path and a new network of executive innovators who wanted to change the world by transforming themselves, their teams and their organizations.
Now, I’m a social innovator who helps people, businesses, and systems undergo the same transformation I did and continue to have. In all of my roles, I strive to co-create solutions to social and environmental problems.
I still have a mini- trampoline in my office- who knows where it will take me next
